The fantasy of lying down with legs pulled up, a nice hot coffee by the side and a favorite book in the lap or series on the television is one that many workaholics day dreams with open eyes. It’s not as easy to get that kind of break and enjoy the time without hindrances. The easy going life is not as easy to attain, and the small things associated with simple pleasures to compensate for such relaxation also seem hard to achieve. Here is a list of 4 places where one really wants to adopt easy wear but cannot do so, along with alternatives that might not be as comfortable but would definitely offer some comfort!

 

 

Office time

Why is it so that employers seek maximum output and productivity from employees and yet not allow them to work in one’s comfort zone where performance levels are optimum? Though many creative work places such as advertising agencies and writing houses have adopted lesser strict rules on formal wear for a relaxed and better performing employees, yet many formal offices such as banks and FMCGs do not allow that form of luxury. Wearing easy wear to work during summers with feet propped on the table while checking files are the ideal fantasy. To find an alternative for this, one can simply wear lighter fabric socks that are shorter in length. It has no comparison to the ease of flip flops, yet the comfort of lesser fabric on feet which also allows easier air access is a luxury.

Married couples, especially husbands can feel the pain. The only few holidays that one gets turned out to be tougher than office hours. Wives tend to occupy and dominate husbands’ holiday schedules with personal pending shopping sprees. These may include wandering around the mall for several hours before picking up the perfect product or even going around to more than one shopping area to make up one’s mind. During these courses of events, the perfect dream is wearing flip flops or easy wear that makes walking around easier but thanks to majority malls and restaurants, easy wear is not allowed. The modern travelling rules have allowed many regions to be easy wear friendly. Where once wearing easy wear on airports and flights was not allowed, it is now not as big an issue. Even if it is, then carrying flip flops in hand carry and switching to it during long walks in transit airports is the best option. Once would not want others to feel that the person is coming directly from a beach spot, hence the dressing should be appropriate and not too laid back to give the wrong impression. Foot massage socks and shoes for formal wear are also available for men who have to travel for long hours. These are excellent substitutes and make the whole idea of walking more inviting than ever.

If one has to dress up and look classy at any sports event, then it has to be a polo sports event. From all the niche gatherings, men and women assemble in extremely sophisticated suits, dresses and hats impress the lot. Many men are not prone to the fancy dress party idea, the concept of having fun at a sports event is being original and relaxing during the course. It is a dream for many men to wear something easy and enjoy it. The idea of wearing a suit should be cut down and replaced with formal khaki pants or white pants along with button down shirts. It is easier to coordinate different footwear on such dressing as compared to suits.
