Most would assume that this is only to keep pencils and fillers from going blunt or products spilling, but that’s only half a truth. Make sure they are closed tightly so that they don’t get too much air or water in them.
In some cases you can try and revive the cosmetic products that have gone bad. One of the products that gets renewed the most are nail polishes. Because they are cheap and long lasting, many women will find that they have tons in various different shades that have been neglected. After a while, nail polishes tend to harden and become impossible to use, but a well-known trick that gives them life again is to drip a little nail polish remover inside the bottle until it is spreadable again.
A tip on keeping your makeup in good shape is to get into a habit of washing your hands before applying makeup. Your hands often come into contact with a variety of bacteria and when you put makeup on with those hands you tend to contaminate the makeup as well, so it’s important to get out of this habit and into some better practises.
