What matters is how you deal the things with a positive attitude. Just recall- this situation will also teach us something and you will find better for yourself.

3. You are a winner – Life is beautiful, do not forget that time is bad, not a life. Focused on your present which is in your control; don’t think about your past & future this will leave you in worry. 

4. Relax yourself – when you see that nothing is going right in life. Give a break to yourself do some exercise, play your favorite music, or do your favorite hobby. Eat healthy, take proper rest. Taking care of yourself, is the key to remain positive. 

5. Call someone for help – There is nothing wrong taking help from someone, who you rely on. If you would like to share something with your family or friend, they might be able to help you with some advice which you may need it in this hard time.
