Do you forget to take care of yourself? Do you take care of yourself only when you are sick? Are you so busy with routine life? You don’t have enough time for self-care.

You need to understand that there is a strong connection between mind & body. If you are doing good care of your body it will help your mind to feel better. Today people are fighting with depression, mood swings, mental illness and anxiety. People neglect ourselves and forget the words like self-care, self- love, and self- grooming. Most of you are engaged with their stressful jobs. Self-care is hard to do, meditation, exercise these all will work when you are happy from inside.

 Self-care is not only shopping or buying new clothes, but it is also about tuning with your mind, body & soul. 

 “It’s all Right” to feel alone or messed. May be at times you don’t want to get up from your bed or don’t even like to comb your hair. As a human you all have that feeling inside which makes us heavy & less expressive but it doesn’t mean you are not lovable or capable of doing something.  

Here are a few small tips to add in your routine it will help you to feel better. 

  1. A good sleep is always on priority to keep you healthy emotionally & physically for that take a proper sleep of 8 to 9 hours.
  2. Read some of your favorite stories or books, magazines, motivational quotes. Try to revive your hobbies or find a new one. 
  3. Pamper yourself with some nice foot massage, mini cleanup. Take a hot shower. 
  4. Keep yourself hydrated with some fresh juices, smoothies. 
  5. Cheat your diet! Eat your favorite food. Put some nutrients into your body; eat fresh fruits, nuts which make you feel better. 
  6. Little step out from your room, enjoy peaceful mornings and soothing breeze with a cup of coffee. Look at nature listen to the sound of birds chirping! How beautifully; God has created this universe. 
  7. Do some garden! Put your hands in some mud. Plant a few organic vegetables in your garden. If you don’t have that big space you can plant to choose anyone which you consumed regularly & which can grow in your balcony. 
  8. Engage yourself spiritually – Talk to God, pray, meditate. You can also visit some holy places sit there and absorb the positivity.
  9. Clean up your room. Organized your things properly to create an area for bags, keys, etc. 
  10. Call your friend or family to talk to them. This can be a really nice connect to go out for dinner with them. 

Taking care of yourself is as mandatory as fueling your body with some necessary things. Doing daily practice of self-love will help you feel energetic & Joyful. You will feel delighted with small things and also feel connected with nature’s beauty around you.
