Skincare – 8 Tips to follow while entering 30s
It’s wonderful to enter in the 30s. A perfect line fits here “Age is just a number”. You enter in the 30s with more fun & maturity. Though, you just need to think little more about your hair, body and skincare. As age increase your body metabolism starts to slow down, due to that it will leave you with some skin problems, like pigmentation, dull skin and dark circles.
To Look Amazing in the 30s here are few skincare tips:-
1. Keep yourself Hydrated – To avoid dry and dull skin drink plenty of water. Try to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water in a day. For healthy skin & body water is a must & it helps to remove the toxins from your body. You can also add some lime & ginger to change the flavor.
2. Reduce stress & take proper sleep – Insufficient sleep & stress can lead your skin to dull & acne problems. That is why it is important to take a sound sleep of about 7-8 hours daily.
3. Eat Healthy – Try to avoid smoking & drinking alcohol. Make sure you are eating healthy. Reduce the consumption of sugar & caffeine. Intake of excessive sugar can lead you to many skin problems like skin aging.
4. Use sunscreen to protect your skin from sunlight – Excessive exposure of sun can harm your skin. Make sure you use a sunscreen as it protects your skin from UVB rays. Use sunscreen with at least 30 SPF in it. Always apply sunscreen before you going out.
