You will see most of the problems will disappear within a minute when you start writing, and you realise they are not really a big problem for you and it is causing stress unnecessarily.
2. A lock is never created without its key; similarly find out the reason for your problems. Try to remind yourself that there is always a solution to every problem, either big or small.
3. Give time to yourself, try to talk to you find out the reason, why do you feel depressed? Could you change the situation if YES then do it, and if the answer is NO then please accept it and let the things flow with the time.

4. Try to practice some meditation, yoga. When you are fit you can better deal with stress.
5. Eat healthy and keep yourself hydrated. You should always balance your meal.
